 Project schedule and student interaction model was discussed.  Mixture of Teams meetings and site visit felt to be appropriate.  Guidance of one supervisor/student meeting per week felt to be OK.  Clinical visits require significantly more time investment.  The projects with professionals, and the site visits, remain very well received in the student feedback.

 Agreed that KL would circulate last year's projects for guidance for next year (also posted [raw-attachment:2026-02-18-SelfStudyProjects.pdf here]).  We agreed that the solicitation for project ideas would be sent in January 2027 with a deadline of the end of the month so that the project options can be finalised in time to be circulated to the students.
