  * We agreed to take as a goal to get some of te sections drafted ahead of the Christmas break.  Then, in the New Year, we push to prepare the document for publication.  In parallel we can restart the quest for resources.

 * Gabor Lens: Now have component fabrication coming to a close and lab space (023, Blackett) has been identified.  Priority activity to re-establish testin of the lens.
 * JAI Fest -- 07Dec18:
  * AK will make LARA presentation--most likely he will base the talk on the previous iteration of the lattice.
