 KL and JPar have reviewed the comments and made a first pass identification of responses and attempted to identify who should take care of which comment [https://ccap.hep.ph.ic.ac.uk/trac/raw-attachment/wiki:Research/DesignStudy/PreCDR/Publication/Reviewer-notes.txt here].
