Absent: RR

* Engineering
	* No updates from CH. Robbie has sent the PoPLaR step files to CH.
* Simulation
	* WS: Updated beam line survey Excel file sent to CH with new injection line. Discussion on CAD for LhARA integration plus as a critical information source for GERF in June 2025. 
	* MP: Discussion on solenoid fields in BDSIM & modelling for consistency with GPT. Mentioned dipole field being called, WS noted the old BDSIM solenoid used this, WS & MP to discuss offline. 
	* TJK: Showed slides on updated magnet model. Clamps adjusted to reduce field leakage, field appears under 60 mT in cavity region. Updated tune calculation is good but has larger variation, slight change to the trim coils likely responsible, investigation continues. CH raised the issue with engineering the cavity & physical proximity of the magnets being a challenge for installation/construction. Cavity may be constructible by wrapping coils around the core & assembling in halves.
	* MP: Also showed field & cavity positioning/alignment. Highlighted that the KURNS FFA have operated MA cavities & should be investigated as useful information source for engineering.
* Meeting Time
	* Moving to 3pm Tuesdays due to JP teaching at 4pm. No objections.
