Documentation is under development. A snapshot of the documentation taking on 19Aug24 is linked here. Note that the directory 00-Documentation/01-Wrtite-up in the GitGub repsitory contains the most up-to-date version of the documentation.

As an example, code to produce a particle loss map of Stage 1 may be found here. To run the user analysis, execute:

• 03-Scripts/UserAnalysis.py

This will print flags showing how to read in the data files etc.
