 * **KL/RB**: Meet to discuss development of relationship/bids to EPSRC for aspects of the programme; \\

2. //LhARA/ITRF PA1 progress update: // CW \\
 - Highlights: 
  - WP6: Excellent contributions to the meeting; milestones addressed.  Documentation in progress.
  - WP5: Organising another consultation, target Jun24.
  - WP4: Moving forward according to plan.
  - WP3: Excellent progress presented.  Noted that stability shown was important, but, that the density was still lower than the target.
  - WP2: Issues with laser at SCAPA.  Prepulse is an issue for the short focal-length system.  This is being addressed.  Experimental milestone has been moved back to August in the light of the laser issues.
  - WP7: CW has initiated a Doodle for meeting in Strathclyde for meeting on the biology/PoPLaR programme.
  - WP8: WWW site under development.  Seeking to secure domain.

3. //LhARA/ITRF PA2 bridging activity: //  KL / All 
 - Document submitted by M.Noro circulated and note from MRC supporting proposal also noted.

 - 18 month report being pulled together.  Clear need to complete as soon as possible.e
