2. //LhARA/ITRF BP1 bridging project plan: // CP, CW \\
 - Some issues with finding for bridging funding being negotiated between collaboration and STFC.  Issue is that present cost is ~5% over budget.  Negotiating now: can not reprofile from IF.  Not yet had any relief from other requests.
 - Need to reduce and will take standard project approach.
 - Document.

3. //CDR preparation: // All  \\
 - Sections now available from WPs 2 and 6.  3, 4, and 5 need to be input.

 Including author list and MoU updates and discussion of representation.
 - IB membership -- Tim ...

 - SPARK by mid November, RS Summer ... 
 - Discussion of opportunities: EPSRC UK-Space etc.  Cosmic radiation, energetic cosmic rays.  Perhaps mechanism is a link to our offering.  Perhaps look at NIH or other US partner.
