Leads contacted with a "doodle" to find a date for a first discussion meeting. Reminder to be sent this week. Hope to fix date on Friday 13Jun25 (lucky for all!).

4. Bio/biotech peer-group meeting: KL / All
   
   • RFI engagement

Discussion of engagement with RFI and peer groups. Agreed that trajectory towards an end-station CDR was reasonable, need to discuss it in terms of an agile approach or 10-year strategic plan.

5. Great Exhibition Road Festival of Science update: PP, KL, All
   
   • Debrief and next steps

Agreed that format had gone well and endorsed list of strengths and weaknesses culled from participants.
Committed to 01Aug25 event at RAL; public, targeted at children.
Seek now to find a way to engage in Glasgow; perhaps Glasgow Science Centre, festival 2026. Also possible that annual SUPA meeting could be a target. CW to advise.
Seek also to take show to Belfast and Swansea. CJ notes Cardiff Science Festival. Discussion of whom and how to target. CJ mentions non-standard opportunities, e.g. Blue Dart music festival. Need to review science and other shows and decide which ones to target.

6. Radiobiology programme; taking stock: All

Technical run scheduled to start next week.
Components expected Monday 16Jun25. RG and colleagues have sourced equipment such that set-up can continue. Presently issue with laser. Also, Class 2 cabinets have issue. Alternative cabinets have been identified=, negotiations to use them need to be progressed.

7. Leo Cancer Care: KL / All
   

Noted--and welcomed--increased collaboration with Leo. Need to develop industrial connections in view of ambition to make an MCSA application in 2026.

8. Collaboration meeting dates: All
   • Sep25, Birmingham
     • 18/19 Sep; KL to set up indico and take forward with JPar when they're back.
   • Spring 2026
