   • Met last week and now have list of key speakers to invite. Invites going out.

3. Capture/focussing peer-group meeting: KL / All
   
   • Meeting of key people organised for Friday this week. Will target Jan26, most likely.

4. Bio/biotech peer-group meeting: KL / All
   
   • RFI engagement
   • No response yet from RFI, KL will remind and seek to move forward.

5. Leo Cancer Care: KL, PP / All
   
   • Good discussion of excellent meeting with Leo and possible ways forward.
   • Among agreements is that we have agreed to co-write the RS Summer Exhibition proposal together.
   • In discussion of engagement we agreed to use "LhARA" as brand and rewrite the strap line defining what the brand does.

6. Collaboration meeting dates: All
   • Sep25, Birmingham
     • 18/19 Sep;
       • Seek to get a dinner venue that will allow discussion.
   • Spring 2026
