2. __CDR update:__ KL \\
 First almost complete version posted.  Editing in progress.  Principal missing sections Exec. Summary (KL), Peer-group consultation (T.Price), and costing (H.Owen).

 Work towards signing-off the document at Brm CM.  Regathering author list will begin when CDR complete, ideally before CM, but perhaps, given holidays at CM.

2a. __Last meeting of ITRF Project Board:__ KL/All \\
 Noted MN email to ITRF Advisory Committee properly closing out the IF PA.  KL had drafted email response.  **Agreed** thread would be shared with EB together with draft response and that the response (possibly edited lightly) will be sent to collaboration (**Action, KL**).

3. __Peer-group meetings update:__ KL \\
 Pitch to IoP to endorse running the meetings as a series well received.  Planning assumption is that this is how the meetings will be organised.

 First meeting, clinical/pre-clinical, planning now restarted.  Will take place last week of Feb26.  U.Amaldi confirmed (remote) contribution.  Invites to keynote speakers will go out this week (R.Amos) and will be used to set date.

4. __Articles:__ RB, KL \\
 - Frontiers in Physics
  - No update.  **Agreed** send link to present draft of CDR to editor to show progress (**KL**).
 - Plasma Physics and Controlled Fusion
  - Invite sent to proposed lead authors.
 - Ion-acoustic
  - Progress on paper OK.  Principal issue is analysis/simulation of beam distribution.  Ongoing, probably will take another month.
 - Technical paper on SCAPA beam and follow up on biological exposure
  - To be discussed when R.Wilson is back from vacation and experiment at ELI.
 - Accelerator papers (WS):
  - Proposal (accepted) two papers; one on accelerator facility aimed at PRAB and one more detailed on analysis of FFA magnet.

5. __Brm collaboration meeting update:__ JPar, KL \\
 Progressing towards agenda.  CW has nudged those who need to create agenda.  JPar back from vacation next week.  Goal to have agenda populated by the end of this week (**Action: CW/KL, then JPar when back).

  - 18/19 Sep; 
    - Brm colleagues will update indico.

 - Outreach Group met and have developed a 6-month plan which is being updated.  Planning round of shout-outs to institutes and flagging progress.  Planning to start with Strathclyde and success of SCAPA. 
 - RB: has proposed LhARA paper for PPCF IoP Journal; has been accepted.  We noted the invitation for a special issue that we had accepted.  Agreed that **KL and RB** would meet to discuss how to take these opportunities forward next week.
