  - Progress on organisation: IoP Biological Physics and Medical Physics Groups have endorsed the meeting; Biological Physics can not support with money and is not clear of the direct fit of (at least) the first meeting to their remit.  No answer yet from HEPP or PAB Group.  Indico page created; meeting to progress invites at 17:00 today.  \\
Check whether 27Feb26 is better.
Discussion of democratising ... require clear mission statement for the meeting.

     - Discussion of title
 - Outreach Group met and have developed a 6-month plan which is being updated.  Planning round of shout-outs to institutes and flagging progress.  Planning to start with Strathclyde and success of SCAPA. 
 - RB: has proposed LhARA paper for PPCF IoP Journal; has been accepted.  We noted the invitation for a special issue that we had accepted.  Agreed that **KL and RB** would meet to discuss how to take these opportunities forward next week.
