2. __CDR update:__ KL \\
 All but ready now.  HO is working on the cover page.  Need to agree form of words for back cover where responsibility and author list will appear.  Discuss and agree at the meeting.  Agree timescale too.  Also, what should our comms plan be?

HO proposal for back page was agreed.  Some typos were noted, KL will communicate with HO.

5. __Peer-group meetings update:__ \\
 * “Particle therapy international meeting” \\
  - IoP not ready to co-sponsor the meeting.  The warm meeting from the IoP was shared by email.  We need to take this meeting forward as the first in the series and bring the second and subsequent meetings forward seeking to bring the IoP on board as soon as may be.
  - Need now to write to MRC.  How best to do that.  Ashleigh Wilcox and low-key to start with?
  - Need now to get flier sent out as widely as possible.

6. __Royal Society Summer Science Exhibition 2026__
 * Beginning organisation in earnest.  Background organisation at the moment.  Meeting series of the "RSSE project team" will start next week; P.Jurj has agreed to take the lead.
 * Meeting with Imperial and RS comms leads tomorrow to agree how to coordinate comms in the run up to the Exhibition and beyond.

7. __Glasgow Science Festival 2026__
 Expressions of interested for 12Jan26; can meet the deadline using material that exists.

 Date of the event is 04-14Jun2026; Health Care section will be in the \Botanic Gardens; also particular satellite events.

 We agreed to propose a LhARA pitch at the Glasgow Science Festival.

8. __EUMateria__

 I have been asked by Professor Carla Andreani (Rome, Tor Vorgata), the lead on the proposal, to write a science case and the challenges that would be addressed as part of the biomedical section of the EUmaterial document that will be reviewed in the week of 23Feb26 by ESFRI.  This is to be done before the end of the month.  Input and comments on drafts will be vital.

 We agreed to grasp this opportunity.

9. __ELIMED proposal__
 Call not yet announced.  Will take it forward as part of the development of the rbio/PoPLaR activity.

 - Outreach Group met and have developed a 6-month plan which is being updated.  Planning round of shout-outs to institutes and flagging progress.  Planning to start with Strathclyde and success of SCAPA. 
 - RB: has proposed LhARA paper for PPCF IoP Journal; has been accepted.  We noted the invitation for a special issue that we had accepted.  Agreed that **KL and RB** would meet to discuss how to take these opportunities forward next week.
