6. Royal Society Summer Science Exhibition 2026
   Progress in organisation; fixed points:
   • 26Feb26:
     • Public engagement training at Imperial;
     • Deadline for specification of exhibit
   • Accommodation is an issue; booking it now. Some guesswork required!

7. ​Glasgow Science Festival 2026 CW 5--15Jun26; CW has proposed LhARA as an exhibit. CW and KL have meeting with organisers on Friday 29Jan26. Hope they will accept our proposal.
