2. __Royal Society Summer Science Exhibition 2026__ PJ/All \\
 - Progress on Soiree invites, not complete yet.  Need now to make 'home team' list.  P. Hobson has agreed to provide independent advice.

 - Technical preparations going "ok"; cost of backdrop large, working on simplifications to reduce cost.

3. __[https://www.gla.ac.uk/events/sciencefestival/ Glasgow Science Festival 2026]__ CW \\
 04-14 June is the full exhibition; LhARA part will be 08--11Jun26.

 - Preparations well advanced.  Safety case done (understanding issues to do with laser in balloon popper), 3D printing starts tomorrow, enough personnel (10).  Discussion of treatment-planning demonstration.  Agreed need to stay generic.

4. __Update on business case__ CW \\
 - Meeting with C. Townsley, CW and KL last week.  Structure agreed and needing to find time to work on developing detail.  JPar and T.Underwood agreed to contribute.

 - Reviewed arraignments and advertising.  Agreed PP would provide 2-sentence intro, KL would provide phot.

 - Outreach Group met and have developed a 6-month plan which is being updated.  Planning round of shout-outs to institutes and flagging progress.  Planning to start with Strathclyde and success of SCAPA. 
 - RB: has proposed LhARA paper for PPCF IoP Journal; has been accepted.  We noted the invitation for a special issue that we had accepted.  Agreed that **KL and RB** would meet to discuss how to take these opportunities forward next week.
