     3The LhARA Project Management Office (PMO) was formed to prepare the first significant proposal prepared by the LhARA collaboration over the summer of 2021. The PMO will provide the structure through which the LhARA consortium will develop and manage funded projects. Preparation of the Nov1 2021 proposal will be organised as a sub-project.
