 Good news on securing resource through the JeS system to support the bridging  period.

 The CDR is coming forward, many parts are entered, some are missing.  Now taking reasonably linear approach to completing the document.

 The next stage in the documentation of the bridging-period project plan has been initiated.  It is felt to be important to document the funding allocation, milestones, and schedule as was done for PA1.
