2. Particle Therapy Workshop (February 2026) \\

 - Discussion with U.Amaldi positive.  He will make structural and visionary contribution remotely.
 - Target date: last week of February 2026.
 - Discussion of draft agenda provided by R.Amos (updated WORD doc attached). 

 **Agreed actions:
  - **KL:** Confirm with IoP first meeting in series and target date.
  - **RA:** Email keynote speakers (M.Duranty, Y.Prezado, Y.Seco) soliciting preferences for day in last week Feb26.
  - **KL:** Re-confirm with U.Amaldi.
  - **KL/PP:** Email organising committee to update on progress.
