1. Update on engagement with IoP as meeting series
   Pitch to IoP
   Well received by T.McBride. Will be pursued between T.McBride and C.Garland for IoP and KL.

2. Particle Therapy Workshop (February 2026)
   Agenda proposal from RA
   
   • Discussion with U.Amaldi positive. He will make structural and visionary contribution remotely.
   • Target date: last week of February 2026.
   • Discussion of draft agenda provided by R.Amos (updated WORD doc attached).

Agreed actions:

• KL: Confirm with IoP first meeting in series and target date.
• RA: Email keynote speakers (M.Duranty, Y.Prezado, Y.Seco) soliciting preferences for day in last week Feb26.
• KL: Re-confirm with U.Amaldi.
• KL/PP: Email organising committee to update on progress.
