1. __Updates:__ 
 i. Exhibition layout- CAD designs underway (W.S), level 5 mapped out & beginning to set up, backdrop has been designed and is being ordered (D.L, N.B).
 ii. Landing page up and running (D.L), QR codes being generated to take you to LhARA page and CP4CT, QR code for LhARA page will also ask about what brought you to RSSSE & what interests about LhARA & subscribe to mailing list (D.L).
 iii. Quote received for clothing designs, collecting sizes (J.M)

2. __Exhibit items:__
 i. //3D model//: W.Shields
    * 90% printed, should be ready for Cavarsham event, trial setup/assembly on Friday
    * CAD model needs some manipulation for LEO chair before it’s ready to print
 ii. //VR//: W.Shields
    * Rendering, accelerator needs updating- 50-60% rendered 
    * Recording studio is booked & script is ready
    * Laptops & headsets are ready but need to look at getting backups- Colin might be able to provide 
 iii. //Quad trap//: C.Whyte
    * Tracking to track the traps, need to meet Will to discuss
    *Testing some at Strathclyde
    *Imperial one can hold the particles, but one potentiometer is broken & a plate needs to be soldered: try fix at Imperial but if fails try fix in Glasgow
 v. //Popamatic//: N.Dover
    * Waiting to receive from Stuart
 v. //Treatment planning//: R.Amos, R.Hugtenburg
    * To be trialled in Reading next week
