1. Updates:
   1. Exhibit buildup
      • Going OK; will be ready for rehearsal on Thursday afternoon this week in 539 at Imperial.
   2. Presenter materials
      • Being assembled on RS SSE page.
        • Key messages; practical information to be added.
   3. Clothing etc. (J.M)
      • Expecting delivery tomorrow.
   4. Lord Valance attendance
      • Will attend at 17:00 on 30Jun26
   • There will be some office space in the Blackett Lab for presenters who are off duty. Please ask KL, JMcG, or PJ for access.

2. Exhibit items:
   1. 3D model: W.Shields
      • Done.
      • WS will add cards for the relevant components and bring model in advance of Thursday's rehearsal.
   2. VR: W.Shields
      • Almost done;
      • One rendering pass complete. Now making final audio edits. Barring issues, will be ready for Thursday.
      • Now adding subtitles; excellent accessibility addition.
   3. Quad trap: KL, C.Whyte
      • KL: Trap at Imperial OK.
      • PR: Component purchased from Ggo -> Swansea. Installed, now recommissioning trap. Will talk to W.Bertsche and consider shipping.
   4. Popamatic: N.Dover
      • Worked OK. Minor tidy-ups in progress.
   5. Leo Chair
      • Ready to go.
   6. Treatment planning: R.Amos, R.Hugtenburg
      • KL: OK, need only site visit to make sure about network and need (or otherwise) for local server.

3. WWW site and comms:
   1. Discussed presenter materials and how to add to WWW. Agreed permanent pages referred to from RS SSE page.
   2. Also discussed social media posts.
