1. Minutes and actions:
   • Action KL/CW: Seek to expedite securing the resources necessary to initiate purchases;
     • Stands
   • Action CW, KL, RG, TP: to meet to take a hard-nosed look at whether such a test can be made. Add Robbie Wilson to email list and arrange meeting with Robbie not Ross.

• Agreed to invite Clive: implies add Clive to mailing list and invite him to the meetings.
• Noted that need a rolling beam optics contribution now that the alignment study is gaining momentum and the quads are being mapped. Agreed to invite Calvin for this topic.

2. Field mapping of PMQs: HO/BS
   • Field maps have been made using Hall probes. Likely that a map with 100micron accuracy. Roll accuracy is 2degrees. Some features in field map discussed. Seemed positive.
   • Inter-quad forces: agreed to manage using aluminium plates mounted on face of quad.

3. Bioprep: EM/MH
   • 13Mar25; provisional date for 12MeV cell exposure.
   • Glass rings from TransGlass seem hard to obtain, so, MH is looking for an alternative source.
