1. Minutes and actions:
   • Action CW, KL, RG, TP: to meet to take a hard-nosed look at whether such a test can be made. Add Robbie Wilson to email list and arrange meeting with Robbie not Ross.
     • Stands

2. PoPLaR simulation in Topaz: A.Fernandez-Rodgriguez
   • Gaussian source at 10 MeV. Simulation of energy deposition using TOPAZ presented.
   • Suggestions: plot dose, LET, flatness.
   • Actions:
     • AFR, KL, CD: Check model and mapping optics code to TOPAZ.
     • CH: Send step file of set-up to AFR

3. Field mapping of PMQs: HO/BS
   • No update this week.

4. Mechanical design update: CH
   • CH closed loop with on design with Strathclyde. CH waiting for some feedback.

5. Bioprep: EM/MH
   • Optimisation working; aim to do 10 MeV run on cyclotron planned for 13Mar25.
   • Glass rings now on order.

6. DoNM
   • 27Feb25, then fortnightly.
