1. Minutes and actions:

2. Strathclyde: BT, ED, RW \\
- Dose rate updates
 - Tony and Calvin to meet with Robbie to sort this out. Invite Nick Dover as well
- Fine-tune carousel
- Incubator not turned on yet
 - Colin offered to sort it, just needs access
- Contacted Marie Boyd via Paul, still waiting for a response 

3. Simulation CD, DA, AFr: \\
- Results of 8MeV setup
 - 8MeV requires smaller drifts, but there are some values that fall into an acceptable range.
- Priority is to achieve a high dose, uniformly across the dish. Uniformity needs to be no more than 10%. Also must be uniform across the depth of the dish too, so no Bragg peaks, which means no protons entering the media with less than 1MeV.
- Set up optimisation to find the best setup to achieve this.

4. BioPrep EM, JP: \\
- Finalised irradiation plan
 - Linked?
- Confirmation of plan for staining cells - when and who is needed
 - Need to have someone available on the 14th to do staining from the 5th.
 - Contact Diaza about whether he will be available
 - Contact Robbie about clearing people for weekend work in case clonogenics are done on the Thursday or Friday
 - For the clonogenic cells in the third week Emma will stain these and then bring them back to Birmingham
 - Cannot be done on the 28th so clonogenics on the third week should be aimed for Tuesday, the 18th Nov
- Marie Boyd has been contacted but no response

5. Beam Diagnostics KL, CD: \\
- RCF update
 - Trying to get as much done as possible at Imperial with Kevin
- Lip on RCF holder 
 - No update
- Real-time beam diagnostic 
 - Lanex cannot be palced around the cell dish as previously hoped. No room to fit the camera in.
