2. Programme and Speakers
   • Responses from invited speakers:
     • Jorg Schreiber (Review of conventional focussing and definition of plasma)
       • Confirmed
       • Charlotte contacted Florian Kroll and Francesco Schillaci to share slides
         • Francesco has sent slides. Waiting on Florian. (Josephine Metzges-Ng has will also be attending).
         • This all fine and no further action needed.
   • Theme leaders
     • Hywel
       • Cannot attend in person
       • Charlotte to contact Francesco
     • Will B has agreed to be theme leader for plasma optics
   • Send an email to all the speakers to thank them for attending and also remind them of the generality of the audience and consider explaining key concepts
     • Ken to encourage people to ask questions in the introduction. Maybe ask one himself early on??
   • Results of small table discussion poll
     • There are ticks in each column but not many in high rep rate so maybe combine that with another
     • Decide theme leaders on the day.
       • Ask over coffee and people from the organising committee can fill in the gaps
     • Can also combine some discussion topics on the day if necessary
   • White paper: Need an output from the meeting
     • Heading suggestions: The Problem, challenges, whats been done currently, ways to move forward, things we could apply for
     • Ken to send around the white paper structure based on David's draft
     • Then have this up on the screen and go through it together in the small table summaries and final discussion
     • Ken to lead that session and mention it in the introduction
   • Be lovely to have lead authors but could be an issue
   • Plasma Definitions
     • Too late
     • Send an email to consider the generality of the audience and explain some key concepts
     • Ken to remind people we have attendees from different disciplines so encourage people to raise questions
     • Send a note to thank the speakers and ask about any issues
