    3030LhARA formed the basis of a proposal to the Infrastructure Advisory Committee (IAC) of UKRI.  The proposal was prepared as a [https://ccap.hep.ph.ic.ac.uk/trac/raw-attachment/wiki/Research/DesignStudy/Proposals/2021/2021-06-15-ITRF-1-page-Final.pdf cover sheet] and a competed pro-forma (not posted on the wiki).  The following links relate first to discussion of the "alignment" of LhARA & ITRF and will later contain links to information relevant to the development of LhARA within the framework of the ITRF.
