1. Alternate Beamlines
   • ELI proposal:
     • Calvin has put together a draft document
     • Will share it with the relevant people
     • (Not aiming for the 20th October deadline)

2. BioPrep
   • Update from SCAPA that February is too early
     • June 27th is when SCAPA is expecting to run protons again
       • Realistically, this means "summer"
     • Continue with the same plan for cells rather than delay
   • Colin may be in Birmingham sometime this month so could transport the cells
     • Update after this weekend
   • Update from RadioBio meeting
     • Draft paper based on Josie's technical note
   • X-ray machine currently broken so Colin has not yet seen it.
     • Not yet

3. Instrumentation
   • RCF
     • No Update
   • SciFi
     • Update: Base fine-tuning.
   • Thin wall ion chamber and Diamond detector
     • No Update
   • Air fluorescence
     • Colin discussed this more with Narender?
       • Waiting for a full plan and time first

4. SCAPA

     • Could look at the full beamline to improve and move things around
     • Make edits to the carousel etc
     • Need to learn about the experiment we are parasiting off so that we know what the setup will be.
