1. Introduction: AK
   • SoI to STFC (and proforma) -- submitted. ASB meets Friday 06Mar19.
2. Space-charge simulation update: JPo et al.
   • AK working to convert i/p file from OE format to GPT format. Not yet complete. Issue is that data in the i/p needs to be converted from cylindrical-polar to cartesian coordinates.
   • AK and JPo are discussing the details of the calculation.
3. Gabor lens recommissioning update: CH
   • See slides.
4. LhARA update; preparation for presentation to JAI AB: All
   • Slides had been circulated; comments solicited.
5. SmartPhantom preparation update: HTL
   • HK not present, so no report.
6. Progress; comparison to schedule: AK
   • AK not present, so no report.
