Notes:

2. Mechanical design/manufacture update: LC No update this week.
   LC will arrange for KL to visit C.Lockett tomorrow. KL and LC will check that the drawing pack on the wiki is uptodate.

3. Single-fibre/fibre-bundle test setup: HTL HTL has carried out an extended search for scintillation light excited by the ⁹⁰Sr source from single fibre. He has not found a signal above background in a scan over the source. Consistent explaination is that light excited by the source is insufficient.
   • AK: suggests to histogram responses from a particular pixel. HTL will pursue using the data that has been recorded.

HTL now prepring a 'pig-tail' of scintillating fibre that can be illuminated by the UV LED, the source and a proton beam at Clatterbridge.

4. Schedule revision discussion: All
   Agreed to move on to production of pig-tail and winding of clear-fibre light guides.

5. Spend: outstanding requirement: All
   Outstanding items:
   • Cameras;
   • Cf for the full SmartPhantom. We have enough for the prototype.
   • May also need extra fibre since we've decided to build the pig-tail.
