• Simulations:
  • MMC: Updating RF-Track model based upon meeting Andrea Latina. PhD proposal being developed, submission deadline 25th Aug. Work on injection line between now and talk on 13th Nov. JP commented that the line isn't optimal due to geometric constraints and may need changing. Injection conditions shouldnt change.
• Publications:
  • WS: Aim for draft by end of year. PRAB mentioned previously, neither JP or WS have string preference. Should co-ordinate with LhARA & Frontiers etc. Should look to add more on top of CDR (TJK's FFA results, MP & MMC efforts, etc).
• Resource planning:
  • MMC preparing PhD funding bid. Need more to advance LHARA design. WS will create list of studies to define scope & direction. Towards TDR is logical but requires engineering effort.
• AOB
  • MMC, JP, and WS to attend Space charge workshop in Oxford. Aim for poster.
  • No meeting next week - WS on annual leave.
