1a. Previous Actions: consider timing of Capture meeting.
2a. Aim for Capture meeting fortnightly over Summer, and select new time in Autumn.
2b. Collaboration meeting in Glasgow, 20th September 2023.
2c. Committee (Science Board) is starting to coordinate meetings etc.: Capture has been requested to attend APS DPP 30 Oct - 3Nov (Denver, Colorado).
3a. Still no PDRA under ITRF, but iterative forward progress seems to be made although currently awaiting ATAS approval.
3b. UKRI Cross council funding discussed - in particular CW/Strathclyde contribution. Further discussion necessary.
3c. Wave 4 funding highlighted - see recent fortnightly meeting Link.
4a. Brief Research update from CB: Good progress being made on WarpX. Update in future meeting.

- CB submit an oral presentation abstract to APS DPP (deadline next Friday, 14th July).
- An alternative presenter for APS DPP is solicited - please contact CB if interested.
- SE leading UKRI Cross council funding application.
