   Status of actions:
   
   • KL: contact D. Brown to discuss no-cost extensions for LhARA groups supported by grants;
     
     • Initiated. Need to follow up.
   • KL/AG: Prepare letter to MRC/STFC management making the case for proper bridging funding, continuity, and the risk of not providing such resource;
     • Done.
   • KL/RB: Meet to discuss development of relationship/bids to EPSRC for aspects of the programme;
     
     • Done
   • KL/RB: Liaise to make sure wiki has list of upcoming conferences to target.

2. LhARA/ITRF PA1 progress update: CW
   
   • Highlights:
     • WP6: Excellent contributions to the meeting; milestones addressed. Documentation in progress.
     • WP5: Organising another consultation, target Jun24.
     • WP4: Moving forward according to plan.
     • WP3: Excellent progress presented. Noted that stability shown was important, but, that the density was still lower than the target.
     • WP2: Issues with laser at SCAPA. Prepulse is an issue for the short focal-length system. This is being addressed. Experimental milestone has been moved back to August in the light of the laser issues.
     • WP7: CW has initiated a Doodle for meeting in Strathclyde for meeting on the biology/PoPLaR programme.
     • WP8: WWW site under development. Seeking to secure domain.

3. LhARA/ITRF PA2 bridging activity: KL / All
   • Document submitted by M.Noro circulated and note from MRC supporting proposal also noted.

4. Collaboration/18-month review debrief: All
   • 18 month report being pulled together. Clear need to complete as soon as possible.e

5. EU applications: MCSA KL, All
   Slides

• Good discussion of pros and cons. Agreed to pursue MCSA Network and Pathfinder award.

6. EPSRC applications: RB, All
   • Agreed to pull together a meeting of those who wish to contribute. KL/CW will liaise.

7. Conferences and publications; SB report: RB, KP, All
   Skipped.
