   Status of actions:
   
   • KL/RB: Liaise to make sure wiki has list of upcoming conferences to target.
     • Continues(!) to stand.
       • RB has strategy of getting people invited to a number of conferences.
   • KL: Follow up on pitch for students during bridging period.
     • Retire. Not forgotten, postpone for now.

2. ITRF/LhARA BP1 update: KL, All
   
   • Source, experiment Monday; tuning of front surface pre-plasmal
   • Second integration meetings, good engagement from source and FFA, need to get capture are getting there.
   • PMQs are available at DL
   • PoPLaR: good discussion of bio; set timelines, first rhino on March, then move on.
   • Other two bits need a nudge.
