   • KL: Liaise with TG re Liverpool dates
     • Stands.
   • KL, CW, JPar: Draft LhARA business plan
     • Stands.

2. CDR update: KL
   
   • J.McGarrigle has cleaned up LaTeX, references, and flagged a few issues. J.Pasternak has found some errors in Chapter 2, which are being fixed. PP will reread Introduction to make sure medical discussion and references are appropriate. Then move into finalisation phase. New version will be posted later this week.
   • Two editors in final phase: KL and JMcG. Comments to them.

3. LhARA collaboration business plan: KL, All
   Standing agenda item.
   • Update: conversations with STFC Department Directors and Mary Lyon Centre (S.Wells) and RFI (P.Matthews) will start this week.
     • Discussion noted expertise in computing as a potential key ingredient and the excellence of the Hartree Centre, perhaps as part of the STFC Business Plan.
   • Informal contact made with MRC to discuss possible engagement.
     • Agreed it was good to start discussion. Noted that there was a need to identify overlaps of interest and KPIs. Noted that the potential for generating start-ups might be an important aspect. RA noted that the idea of detection of Cherenkov radiation had such potential.
     • Noted that need to consider and develop relationship with EPSRC.

4. Redrawing the logo: PP
   
   • Low resolution versions now posted on wiki. High resolution versions in preparation (D.Laird et al).

5. Peer-group meetings update: KL
   KL will meet with T.McBride to discuss idea of developing meetings as part of a series tomorrow. Hope this will formalise the set of events as a series.
   

• “Particle therapy international meeting”
  
  • Will be 13Feb25: RA reported that he has discussed and will propose minor revisions to the organisation document by the end of this week. Then can push on with the organisation of the meeting.
    

• “Cylindrically-symmetric strong focusing of ion beams”
  
  • KL has re-stated the thread to organise this meeting. C.Dyson and P.Rucksasakchai have agreed to help organise.
    

• “Novel time-resolved and high-resolution imaging”
