Notes
- Simulation outcomes are very close to the expected results
- Some things are still missing from the simulation (see below)
- Scintillating fibre planes cause a lot of problem in both construction and influence of the acoustic signal
- Liquid scintillator seems like the best approach
Next Steps:
- Simulate the exit window
- Simulate the air and kapton foil in k-Wave
- Simulate a collimator in BDSIM
- Compare with experimental results
