1. Introduction: KL
   • Discussions are underway on the possibility that the LhARA programme could be a fit in the evolution of the research programme at the Rosalind Frankling Institute. If this leads to something concrete then it could be a big breakthrough in the development of LhARA etc.
   • As part of theses discussions, KL has been asked to 'present our vision' at an Insight Workshop at the Royal Society on the 18Nov19. Obviously it will be important to prepare carefully for this presentation.

2. Notes and actions from last meeting
   • Accepted.

3. Discussion of preparation of CDR: All
   Draft 0 of CDR skeleton
   Initial layout so that we can gain an estimate of the cost of infrastructure
   
   Points noted in the discussion will be encorporated in the next issue of the skeleton. KL will make an overleaf page for the development of the CDR.

The agenda for 08Oct19 will be built on the sections of the skeleton CDR. Will also add discussion of Clatterbridge initiative and IBC.
