1. Introduction, notes and actions: KL/All
   • TSD/KL will post it somewhere once a suitable place on the repository is discussed
     • Stands.
   • KL: will make contact with A.Howard to enquire about TimePix.
     • Done.
   • HT will contact G.Hicks for input on simulation results.
     • Done. Email to GH sent, no response.
   • HT: will send laser parameters used in simulation to RB.
     • Done. RB plans to look at the parameters.

2. Progress on beam experiments paper: TN
   Figures updated. We agree to work on text of introductory sections.

3. Updates on the particle generation: HTL
   See slides. Points noted:
   • Good progress; particle distrutions from rotated foil presented. Worries about the convergence. But, general trends look reasonable.
   • We discussed steps towards generating particle distributions. We think that we need this for the proposal that we are preparing. Agree to make sure there is convergence, then try and get first particle distributions (2D) out of simulation.
   • CW asked whether an electron distribution could be extrcted too. HTL says, yes. So, need to make a step to electron and proton distributions.

4. Updates on VSim simulations: TSD
   See slides. TSD reported progress on simuation including discharge. Discussion of best means to simulate discharge. We agreed to review next steps after discussion of propsal: competing priorities: preparation of proposal and simulation of existing prototype lens.

5. ERC proposal: KL/All
   Updated "B1"
   Updated "B2"
   All encouraged to read/comment on B1. Writing assignments in B2 agreed.
