*EB: supervising student working on PIC simulations of co-propagating electrons - update in due course

*CB: ITRF 'hard' costs still unknown, but expected soon. Proposal to be updated soon afterward to meet set deadlines.

*As TD gave simulation update at recent fortnightly meeting, and detailed update of Capture WP expected at collaboration meeting, options discussed for 19Apr22 scientific contribution

*EB source simulation update potentially on 5Apr22

*As still no license for VSim available, no simulation update from TD

*TD abstract and oral presentation at IOP HEPP conference accepted

*Current Swansea solenoid issues discussed

*Consensus to accept as-is (i.e is 10% low, in accordance with TD simulations, models, and CB measurements)

*Further testing possible, but not worth much effort

*MC updates design paper contribution is progressing well

*Doodle poll live for new 1/2-day discussion

*HT completion discussed
