• Review document.
  • Final stages, will be merged tomorrow.
• CH showed latest CAD of the vacuum valve.
  • HO: What are materials and are they compatible with being in a radiation environment?
    • NB: should have options to choose different materials, so this shouldn't be a problem.
• NB: Thinking about what components would be needed for the update to a 7 Gabor lens lattice.
• Slides from WS.
  • Status update.
  • IPAC paper submission deadline is 3rd May. Aim to have draft by 25th April.
  • NB: Rough timeline for update to 7 gabor lens
    • WS: Probably towards end of May.
    • AK: Isn't the Stage 1 update dependent on parameters at injection, i.e. the FFA design?
      • Discussion.
• HO: Are we going to use sharepoint for document storage.
  • AK: Have tested uploading large files and it seems fine. Need to use the web interface if using Linux though.
  • WS is happy with that.
  • AK to set up detailed directory structure.
