   Status of actions:
   
   • KL/RB: Liaise to make sure wiki has list of upcoming conferences to target.
     • Started.. Future/past split.
   • KL: Follow up on pitch for students during bridging period.
     • Stands.

2. LhARA/ITRF BP1 bridging project plan: CP, CW
   
   • Some issues with finding for bridging funding being negotiated between collaboration and STFC. Issue is that present cost is ~5% over budget. Negotiating now: can not reprofile from IF. Not yet had any relief from other requests.
   • Need to reduce and will take standard project approach.
   • Document.

3. CDR preparation: All
   
   • Sections now available from WPs 2 and 6. 3, 4, and 5 need to be input.

4. IB update: TG, YP
   Including author list and MoU updates and discussion of representation.
   • IB membership -- Tim ...

5. Responsive mode proposals: KL/All
   
   • Waffle;
   • SPARK by mid November, RS Summer ...
   • Discussion of opportunities: EPSRC UK-Space etc. Cosmic radiation, energetic cosmic rays. Perhaps mechanism is a link to our offering. Perhaps look at NIH or other US partner.
