1. Minutes and actions:
   • RR/KL: Liaise with Will Shields and send to HO request for format of field map, e.g. B on grid with 0.5 mm pitch as starting point.
     • Stands.

Discussion of parameters for Brm MC40; Agreed to begin collecting documentation for simulation etc. on wiki. Action: KL, JMcG

Also discussed who would organise meetings going forward now that JMcG was writing up. Agreed to twist C.Dyson's and E.Melia's arms to co-organise.

2. Field mapping, preparation of PMQs: HO/BS
   No report this time.

3. Mechanical design update: CH
   

Final clash between slides sorted out; procurement discussion ongoing between DL and Strthclyd. Try to expedite procurement (CH/RG)

4. Bioprep: EM/MH
   TP noted EM and DA running 10 MeV protons into cells this am. Reason they're not present.

We noted the need to discuss optimum beam time in SCAPA. In EM's absence agreed to do this next meeting.

   JMcG noted that Trello had not been updated for a while. Reason is that meetings had not focused on it in JMcG's absence. Update for next meeting and the review fortnightly as before.
