     25Plastic silicone fibre with a hollow (vacuum/air) core and Peter has ordered some. 1m away gets 0.08% but any bending will decrease that substantially
     26Ordered 1.6mm. Get 0.14% at ~1m of hollow fibre. Pass through a 10mm chunk of glass. Got a black box lens from manufacturer for correct simulation. Start with this for experiment and then decide on which size we actually need for optimised travelling
