   • KL: Create draft response to referees.
   • KL: Add new participants to the relevant mailing lists.

   • KL: Report detailed timeline and requirements for the EPSRC Transformative Healthcare Technologies call as they are known.
     • Done. And, discussion now an agenda item.
   • KL/WS: to exchange emails with AK re "restart" of experiment and simulation meetings.
     • Ongoing.

2. Status of pre-CDR publication: KL
   • Journal has sent the paper to the referee(s).

5. Plans for CCAP plenary, 24Jun20; KL, JPa
   • KL needs to add new participants to the relevant mailing lists.
   • Proposed talks:
     • Overview (Kurup)
     • Design of the accelerator facility (Pasternak)
     • Simulating the accelerator facility (Shields)
     • Simulating the end stations (Hughes)
     • Possibly something on target and capture (HTL, TSD, CW, to be decided).

   • To include discussion of development of proposal for 3-year R&D programme
   • Unanimously agreed to prepare an application to the EPSRC Transformative Healthcare Technologies call.
   • KL will report detailed timeline as soon as it is known.
