    • Update document.
      • CW: In progress. Goal is to have this done by the September collab meeting. May not include dose.
      • WS: Looking at dose calculation and should be able to include it.
    • Radiation.
      • NB: Contractor engaged, will start in Nov. Can think about using temporary wall instead of shutters but this does not provide the same flexibility.
      • No need to keep this action.
  • Simulations
    • Slides from WS.
      • Looking at the dose calculation done by HT Lau.
    • Slides from LP
      • Looking at optimising the octupole in stage 1.
      • Asymmetry in y is because the initial beam is asymmetric.
      • JP: Should look at using two octupoles to improve uniformity in y.
      • Discussion
    • Update from JP
      • Investigating FD doublet. Vertical tune then becomes very high.
      • Looking at FF doublet with very small second F.
  • NB: Update on engineering.
    • Vacuum modelling of the nozzle. Will have details to show next week.
    • FETS vacuum chamber. First pass FEA is done.
    • Meeting scheduled to discuss target vessel in Strathclyde.
    • Looking at adding detail to power consumption.
    • Updated schematic.
      • Shielding wall has now moved.
      • Need to agree the other elements in the beam line that will take up space, e.g. profile monitors, wall current monitors, etc.
    • Details of the cavity?
      • JP has looked at estimating the frequency of the first one.
  • AOB
    • KL: RR and KL working on simulation of the Lion beamline for proof of principle experiment. Will show some results soon.
    • JP: Is there an update on the BDSim workshop date.
      • Need a Doodle poll.
    • WS is design review and collab meeting on the same day?
      • KL: Yes.
