1. Notes and actions from last meeting:
   • KL: Liaise to develop concept for polishing.
     • Stands.
   • HTL: Prepare revision to schedule for the next meeting.

   • HTL: Prepare a revised costing spreadsheet for next meeting.
     • Done. Agenda item.
   • HTL: Add CCAP note number to the header of the note and post it as a CCAP note.

   • AK: Purchase hard-drive to store SmartPhantom data in operation.
     • Done. Order placed
   • LC: Complete detailed design of the boot.

2. Mechanical design/manufacture update: LC
   
   • LC reported on the Potting figures.
   • LC has discussed his boot concept with Cyril. Concept is to restrain resin with release tape. KL noted that for MICE a 'reservoire' of resin was created by drilling an oversize hole on the 'reverse' side of the boot. LC will also consider this.
   • LC has sent a drawing update has been done and sent to D.Nardini. DN is awaiting material (2mm cf sheet).
   • JB noted that we would also require a camera enclosure and transport case.

3. Single-fibre test setup: HTL
   
   • Preparation for set-up has been completed in 527 Blackett. Some parts manufactured, still awaiting source holder a design for which had been provided to DN by HTL.
   • Boot design has been transmitted to DN (has also been manufactured).

4. Schedule revision discussion: All
   
   • Revised schedule presented. End-date looks rather too late. Need to press on next prototype.

5. Spend: outstanding requirement: All
   
   • Revised spend presented. Close to break even. Can purchase enough fibre for single layer planes.
   • Corrected spending after it was pointed out by JB that the amount of cameras was neglected which is more than the current budget allows.
   • Need to make orders asap.

6. Visit to MedAustron: All
   
   • KL: Needs to confirm detail with M.Puchalska.

7. Next steps: All
   
   • Crack on with programme!

8. DONM
   
   • Meet next week 11:00 GMT; 12:00 at MedAustron.
   • Meet at MedAustron for an 09:30 start.
